We have introduced a very useful document for new players to correspondence and email
If you’ve not played correspondence chess by post or email before and want to know
how to get started.
We have put together a document which explains about the use of scorecards, post,
time controls, conditional moves, help and how many games should I be playing.
A copy of the Social Correspondence Chess Association rules are available here for
new and existing members to download and keep as a reference when playing in any
team or individual events.
The rules can be amended on an annual basis, if we make any changes they will be
